Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Most of our orders go to customers across the United States, and we're glad to ship internationally too.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship on Shabbos or Yom Tov — orders placed then go out the next business day.

United States shipping
Orders under $99: a flat $8 shipping fee.
Orders $99 and over: FREE standard shipping.

International shipping
Shipping to the United States and Canada is calculated automatically at checkout. For orders to other countries, please email us at office@runwaycompany.com for a shipping quote before placing your order. Customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees charged by your destination country are the customer's responsibility, and international delivery times vary by destination.

Delivery & tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, and you can track it anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, email us at office@runwaycompany.com and we'll make it right.
